Thank you for shopping with OccasionCards.uk. We hope you’re delighted with your purchase — but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

1. Can I Return an Item?

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

✔ The item has not been opened, used, or damaged
✔ It is in perfect, re-saleable condition with all original packaging
✔ You include your order number, full name, and address with the return

Items returned outside the 7-day period or in an unacceptable condition may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

You cannot return products that:

❌ Have been opened
❌ Have been used
❌ Are personalised or custom-made (if applicable)
❌ Are supplied for hygiene reasons once opened

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


3. How to Return an Item

Please follow these steps:

  1. Include a note with your order number, full name, and shipping address inside the package.

  2. State whether you want a refund or an exchange.

  3. Return the item to:

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.


4. Returns Postage & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for return postage costs and risk during return transit.

  • If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, we will cover return costs — please contact us first at occasioncards238@gmail.com.

  • Original delivery charges are not refundable unless we are at fault.


5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:

  • Photos of the damage/fault

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

We’ll review your case and advise the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.


6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

✔ You’ll receive a confirmation email
✔ Refunds will be made to the original payment method
✔ Please allow up to 7 working days from receipt of the return for processing

Refund amounts will reflect the returned products only; shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.


7. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item:

✔ Please indicate this on your return note or email
✔ Exchanges are subject to item availability
✔ We will contact you if there is any difference in pricing


8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. You still have the right to a refund if goods are not as described, damaged, or not fit for purpose.
